In my leadership role at Aon, I’m responsible for all aspects of the AICPA Member Insurance Programs. I am proud of our accomplishments throughout the years that have enabled us to help firms safeguard against their risk so they can focus on their clients and grow their firm.

Ken has served the AICPA for nearly 30 years and is recognized by his clients and Aon colleagues as a dedicated team player and solution driver. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the Professional Insurance Marketing Association. Ken serves as a director on the boards of both CPA.com and Aon Securities Corp. He holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and a BA from The Pennsylvania State University.

I am proud that I have devoted my entire career to Aon, serving accounting professionals in the AICPA Member Insurance Programs. In my current role I serve as Account Executive with AICPA and State CPA societies and oversee marketing strategy and execution for our portfolio of products. It is a pleasure working with brokers and associations and delivering value through Aon’s tailored solutions.

Background
Having served in a range of roles over 28 years with Aon, Amy has gained an in-depth knowledge of the range of risks that CPA firms encounter. In addition, she developed long-term relationships built on trust. Prior to working at Aon, Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Marketing at Villanova University; and a Master of Business Administration from LaSalle University. Amy serves on the board of her son’s school PTO.

In my current role, I oversee our client-facing teams that advise more than 20,000 small and mid-size market CPA firms on risk management and customized insurance solutions.

Background
Prior to joining Aon in 2017, Shari served in leadership positions with other Fortune 250 companies including Allstate, Lincoln Financial and MetLife. She holds several designations including CLU & ChFC and has been an active leader in insurance industry associations. She is a practitioner & leader of the 12 Week Year system focused on building high performance sales teams. Shari earned a degree in Business Finance & Accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.

Shari is the creator and director of her local church’s Financial Literacy Program.

In my current role providing oversight and guidance to the Aon team dedicated to serving our carrier partners, and the AICPA Member Insurance Program, my focus revolves around the concept of ‘team’ and empowering team members to work together for the greatest benefit of our clients.

Dave brings more than 25 years of combined experience as a former practicing attorney, and an underwriter of a large lawyer’s professional liability program.  Among his many contributions to the AICPA program are innovations leading to expanded coverage for AICPA insureds, including CPA NetProtect and Employee Theft. Dave is a frequent speaker at industry events and is an esteemed mentor in Aon's Mentorship Program. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and State University of New York at Binghamton.

Dave is an avid golfer and loves food, wine, cooking and travel, and lives and dies with the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.

As general manager for the AICPA Insurance Trusts, I manage the relationships among the AICPA, the Trusts’ executive committee and Prudential’s underwriting, compliance, and marketing teams. Through this partnership, I help individuals manage risk in their personal lives and help them select personal protection solutions fit into their financial plan.

Mark brings more than 30 years of experience leading operational, strategic alignment and growth enterprises in the insurance and financial industries. He has spearheaded numerous initiatives to improve the services and technology available to AICPA member customers, including the development of an online self-service portal. Mark attended Gettysburg College where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration.

Mark practices ‘mindfulness’ and enjoys spending precious time with his family.

In my current role in D&A we leverage a state-of-the-art Benchmarking tool, loaded with decades worth of data and analytics, to allow CPAs to see in real time how their firm matches up in coverages, risks, and exposure compared to their peers, and firms like theirs, across the nation.

Prior to joining Aon, Sheree spent several years in public accounting at Price Waterhouse. For the last 20 years, she has served the AICPA Insurance Programs working to transform the business to help meet the ever-evolving needs of CPAs. Sheree studied accounting at Rider University, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Candace began her carrier in the health insurance industry working on a national account as a Health Care Concierge, before transitioning five years ago to Professional Liability insurance.

Eric began his financial career in banking as a bank manager. He then transitioned into the Mortgage and Insurance industries.

Before moving into his financial and insurance career, Eric had his own personal training business in NY. One of his clients was an actor on a popular soap opera where Eric was an extra on set.

I am enthusiastic about my current role as a Risk Advisor. I enjoy advising and consulting with clients on their exposures related to the CNA Accountants Professional Liability Program, the only professional liability plan endorsed by the AICPA. I’m proud to represent a plan that has maintained its A++ rating for 25 years and counting.

Background
Denise brings 10 years’ Life, Accident and Health, and Professional Liability and Property & Casualty experience to her client-facing role. Denise earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University. She served in various roles including underwriting and customer service during her time at Aon.

Denise loves working with yarn and all things related to fiber. Her yarn stash is what she calls a “S.A.B.L.E.” (Stash Acquired Beyond Life Expectancy)!

Sean brings three years of experience from his role as a client service representative at State Farm Insurance Company. Before that, Sean worked in the trades as an electrician, gaining specialized experience and valuable problem-solving skills that continue to help him succeed in his role today.

Lee brings extensive experience in Property and Casualty insurance and Financial Services. Over the years he has provided support and guidance to individuals and businesses to help them address their insurance protection needs. Also serving as a relationship manager focused on client retention, he gained valuable experience in building and nurturing client relationships. Lee graduated from Shippensburg University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.

In my current role as a Risk Advisor, I partner with CPA firms to help them identify their key vulnerabilities and exposures and develop comprehensive risk-control solutions as they navigate through today’s complex economic and social environment. I am there to provide support for firms with questions relating to renewal of policies, modification of coverage, mergers and acquisitions, and potential claims.

Background
Dinesh brings more than 15 years of customer service and consulting experience in financial services and the online retail industry, eight of which were spent in the insurance industry. He attended Bates College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Dinesh founded a support group for those who couldn’t resist urge to make puns entitled “Punsters Anonymous.”

In my current role as a Risk Advisor, I look forward to working closely with CPA professionals to help them identify and reduce their professional liability risks. My focus is on creating a meaningful, trusting relationship with each client I serve.

Todd comes to Aon having established a successful career with more than 15 years of client service experience in the financial and banking industry. Prior to that he served in sales and management roles and oversaw customer satisfaction in the publishing industry. Todd attended Holy Family University where he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, specializing in Marketing and Management. He currently holds a Health & Life Insurance License.

Todd loves to travel with the goal of getting to every state and every Caribbean Island at the top of his bucket list.

Samirah is a highly motivated bilingual (English and French) business and accounting professional bringing specialized experience in market research and client services in the banking and insurance industries. Originally from Burkina Faso in West Africa, Samirah graduated with an associate degree in Business Communication. After coming to the U.S., she went on to earn an associate degree in Business Administration from Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University.

When Samirah was younger, she wanted to become a clothing designer and spent her free time drawing fashion designs.

Anthony is a seasoned insurance professional brining more than 30 years’ extensive industry-specific experience. Prior to joining Aon, where he has served for the past eight years, Anthony built 20 years of valuable experience as an insurance agent at AAA Mid‐Atlantic Insurance Company where he was PA Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life &Health Insurance.

A US Navy Veteran and retired US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Anthony’s passion has always been boating. So, when he’s not working you may find Anthony voyaging somewhere on the deep blue waters.

In my current role, I am responsible for carrier management activities related to product development, risk assessment, rate evaluations, and communicating program performance statistics to the AICPA leadership and related committees. Serving as a thought leader on a national and state level within the CPA profession, I take pride in consulting with CPAs to help them grow their businesses as they navigate risk changes that have impacted their work lives.

Al has committed his full professional life to supporting the accounting profession and serving the AICPA and its members in a variety of roles at Aon for over 33 years including underwriting and the management of sales and customer service teams. He is passionate about aiding firms in identifying solutions that would help remediate risk. Al attended LaSalle University where he received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Communication and Media Studies.

Robert brings more than 20 years of experience working extensively in professional liability insurance for professional services firms. He is a nationally licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent. He studied business management and communications at Rutgers University.

Robert loves all sports, with baseball being his favorite. He helps manage a baseball game simulation that re-lives baseball history.

An insurance professional for more than 30 years, Cathy brings extensive knowledge in Property & Casualty lines of insurance. She has specialized in Professional Liability for 25 years and plays an important role in helping CPAs safeguard their livelihoods from the risk exposures they face in the profession.

Cathy loves animals (almost as much as her customers). On her bucket list: Cathy would love to own a rescue one day, where she can help to save lives—one animal at a time.

In my current role, I  empower results for clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. I deliver risk management consulting services to Aon’s CPA firm clients to assist them with mitigating professional liability risks as well as providing guidance regarding Cyber, Employment Practices, Management Liability, and other related exposures.

Background
Prior to joining Aon, Nicole was a litigator representing insurance carriers and their insureds in cases involving claims arising from various insurance products.  For more than a decade, she defended accountants and other professionals against professional liability claims. Taking what she learned from examples of when things went wrong, Nicole delivers matter-specific advice to Aon’s CPA firm clients and provides webinars, articles, and other materials on risk mitigation.

During the holidays, Nicole bakes hundreds of ricotta cookies for her family and friends.

In my current role as Business Services Specialist, I assist our clients in large firms with quotes, binders, policies, invoicing, and certificates of insurance.

Andrea has been with Aon Affinity’s Regional Firm’s team for almost 20 years.  Prior to joining Aon, she spent 15 years as a legal assistant and paralegal in local law firms and in the credit card industry.  She has degrees in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies from Bucks County Community College.

Learning the fine art of calligraphy nearly 30 years ago from a local artist, Andrea keeps this lost art alive by creating baptism certificates for the newest members of her church.

David embarked on his insurance journey in 2012 by establishing his own agency. In 2015, he became a part of the AICPA program, where he acquired valuable expertise and insights.

In my current role as Aon’s Accountants Risk Control Lead, I focus exclusively on helping accounting professionals mitigate risk. I provide strategic quality control, claim/litigation management advocacy and risk control consultation to some of the country's largest accounting firms.

Stan has been in the insurance industry for 26 years.  Prior to moving into his current role, he was Director of Accountants Claims at CNA Insurance Companies. Stan also practiced law in the Chicago area, specializing in the defense of professional service providers. Stan is a frequent speaker and published author on topics related to accountants professional and cyber liability.

Fun Fact
Two things you may not know about Stan: 1.) He taught paralegal studies as a young lawyer; and 2.) He was the “football expert” on a college-like radio show.

George has been with Aon for more than 21 years.  In a progression of roles from customer service, underwriting, to accounting executive he has honed his excellent service attributes by way of responsiveness, problem-solving, and customer-centric approach.

Mark joined the Aon Accountant’s Insurance Program in 2004, where he has filled many roles for the team from account management to agent relations, benchmark-analysis, brokerage, and underwriting. His analytical skills and integrity make him an asset to the program, while his attentive approach and tenacity make him a true client advocate.
